These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.miycollect.shop and your purchases and engagements with MIY COLLECTIONS LLC ("MIY", "we", "us"), a limited liability company located at 7220 Otley Dr, West Chester, OH 45069, United States. By using this website or requesting a fitting, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
MIY operates apparel and accessories retail across four rails: women's, bridal, lingerie and maternity; men's and neckwear; children's, infant, family and school uniform; and accessory and specialty counters including costume, fur, leather, wigs, uniforms and western wear.
Website content describes the counters we keep — it is not a live inventory feed. Sizes, colors and lines sell through; availability is confirmed at the counter or in writing.
Bridal stock is ready gowns, not custom orders. Uniform counters cover school, work and institutional uniforms — not athletic uniforms.
Return and exchange terms are stated at the point of sale and on the receipt — the tag you keep is the deal you got. Intimate apparel, worn items and final-sale stock may carry restricted or no return rights, which we disclose before purchase.
Fitting requests, wig consultations, bridal and maternity appointments and costume sizing are advisory conversations, not guarantees of stock or fit. Information you provide about sizes and requirements is used to serve the request, per our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIY's aggregate liability arising out of the website or any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the goods or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Product descriptions aim for accuracy; errors in stock, price or description are corrected when found and are not binding offers.
All site content — text, design, graphics, the "Wardrobe Rail" visual system and the MIY name and hanger mark — is owned by MIY COLLECTIONS LLC. You may not reproduce it without written permission. Brand names referenced belong to their owners; reference does not imply endorsement.
The site is hosted on third-party infrastructure and may link to brands or partners. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices. Manufacturer warranties on goods belong to their makers.
You agree to indemnify and hold MIY harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site, except to the extent caused by our own misconduct.
We may suspend or terminate website access at any time. Provisions on liability, indemnification, disputes and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes not resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts of Butler County, Ohio, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is posted at this page; continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains in effect.
